Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of camolabs. By using camolabs, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Service​

camolabs provides software for scanning customer sites, building Agent Pages, serving approved Agent Pages to verified AI agents, validating agent task completion, describing customer-approved Actions, and reviewing Agent Page activity.

camolabs may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service over time.

Customer Responsibilities​

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account, organization, site, and billing information.
  • Configuring page content, Actions, and fields lawfully.
  • Obtaining rights and permissions for data submitted through Actions configured in camolabs.
  • Protecting credentials, signing secrets, and access to customer-owned webhook endpoints.
  • Reviewing Agent Pages and Actions before making them available to agents.
  • Ensuring their site disclosures and privacy practices cover their use of camolabs.

Acceptable Use​

Customers may not use camolabs to:

  • Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Collect sensitive data unless the customer has proper authority and camolabs has agreed to support that use case.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Interfere with service reliability or integrity.
  • Publish misleading, harmful, or unauthorized page content or Actions.

Customer Data​

Customers retain ownership of their data. camolabs may process customer data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, and as otherwise permitted by these terms or a separate written agreement.

Customers grant camolabs the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display customer data for those purposes.

The Privacy Policy describes how camolabs handles personal information.

camolabs Materials​

camolabs owns the platform, software, documentation, designs, and service-related intellectual property. Subject to these terms, customers may use camolabs only for their internal business purposes and authorized agent-page workflows.

Customer-Approved Actions​

Customers choose which Actions Agent Pages expose. camolabs is not responsible for customer-owned webhook endpoints, their availability, or how they process data after camolabs delivers an approved Action payload.

Fees​

Paid plans, billing terms, renewals, taxes, and payment obligations are governed by the applicable order form, checkout terms, or written agreement.

Suspension And Termination​

camolabs may suspend access if use of the service creates security risk, violates these terms, threatens service reliability, or is unlawful.

Customers may stop using camolabs at any time. camolabs may terminate access for material breach, non-payment, legal risk, or discontinuation of the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including customer responsibilities, fees owed, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimers​

camolabs is provided as available, except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement. camolabs does not warrant that agents, browsers, crawlers, or third-party services will discover, read, call, or complete any specific page, Action, or journey.

Limitation Of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, camolabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

The total liability of camolabs for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid to camolabs for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no amounts were paid.

Changes To These Terms​

camolabs may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of camolabs after the updated terms take effect means the customer accepts the updated terms.

Governing Law​

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules.
